How fast is shipping?

Most orders arrive in less than a week. We ship most orders within 72 hours but during peak season this could be up to 5 business days. Our standard shipping is priority mail which is typically 2-3 days.

How do I get free shipping?

Can I wash my embroidered linen product?

Yes! Our products are designed to last a lifetime and can be washed. We recommend washing the monogrammed linen product by hand with mild detergent and air drying. The embroidery thread we use won't bleed or fade with washing. We don't recommend using a dryer on your embroidered product.

What is the best way to press a linen product?

If you need to press your embroidered linen product we recommend ironing the back of the product on a medium setting around the embroidery. The cloth will have no problem with the heat of an iron. For best results use a light mist of water or spray starch.
