How fast is shipping?

  • We ship most orders in 7 days or less, the only exception is orders with custom artwork which adds 3 additional days to our turnaround time. Refer to the estimated timing on each product page for more specific ship and delivery dates.
  • Our standard shipping is priority mail which is typically 4-5 days. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
  • Need your order in a hurry? We offer rush orders that cut your production time in half and express shipping options at checkout.

Do you send a proof?

Yes! We send a digital proof with every personalized order to confirm it's perfect before it's made and shipped.

The proof will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. We HIGHLY recommend adding a phone number in case there are questions about your orders.

How do I get free shipping?

We offer fast and free shipping for orders over $35

Can I wash my embroidered linen product?

Yes! Our products are designed to last a lifetime and can be washed. We recommend washing the monogrammed linen product by hand with mild detergent and air drying. The embroidery thread we use won't bleed or fade with washing. We don't recommend using a dryer on your embroidered product.

What is the best way to press a linen product?

If you need to press your embroidered linen product we recommend ironing the back of the product on a medium setting around the embroidery. The cloth will have no problem with the heat of an iron. For best results use a light mist of water or spray starch.
